Wilmington Job Corps Center Roof Repair Project
This is a subcontracting opportunity with Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Wilmington Job Corps Center for Roof Repair services. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the facility (9 Vandever Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19802) on Wednesday, July 9th, 2014 at 10:00am (EST). Any questions regarding this solicitation must be provided via email no later than Thursday, July 10th, 2014 at 2:00pm (EST). Bids will be due no later than Wednesday, July 23rd, 2014 at 2:00pm (EST). Responses will be provided through an Addendum. The Construction Bid Package (CBP) outlines requirements under this solicitation.
MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected within the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
