Willow Airport Master Plan: Planning Study and Airport Layout Plan Update
The Contractor shall develop a Planning Study Report for the community class airport in Willow to include an aviation forecast, design aircraft designation, land use assessment and updated Airport Layout Plan in Phase I and if warranted, produce a draft and final Airport Master Plan including an Economic Evaluation Report in Phase II. The Contracting Agency reserves the right to negotiate and add further planning related services, including design and assistance during bidding and construction.
