William H. Hall Complex Expansion, Phase II - CM
This project consists of new construction of a residence hall facility, located at 10th Avenue and Worthington
Avenue on a 1.67 acre site. A minimum of 320 beds is desired, as well as multiple programmed student
spaces and site development. This project will be registered with the USGBC with the goal of achieving
LEED Silver certification and the facility systems will be commissioned. The project is currently in the
programming/conceptual design stage.
