Willets Point RFQ
The Corporation is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified developers in connection with the proposed redevelopment of the Willets Point District (the District) in Queens, New York. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit SOQs from prospective developers to help achieve the Citys redevelopment goals for Willets Point by transforming the District from a largely underutilized site with substandard conditions and substantial environmental degradation into a lively, mixed-use, sustainable community and regional destination.
