Description: Wilderness Encounter Monitoring at determined sites on the Ochoco National Forest. This project consist of three parts: 1) Setting up infrared trail counters in nine locations 2) Travel encounter observation recording and reporting and 3) Final Report
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
