experienced vendors to upgrade and manage the existing wired and wireless
internet service. A non-mandatory walkthrough for interested proposers will be
held April 14, 2009 at 1:00 PM. Questions will be addressed in writing and
shared with all participants. No questions will be received after April 20, 2009.
