WiFi INTERNET SERVICES PROVIDER
The University seeks proposals in response to Request for Proposal for selection of a vendor to provide neutral hosted WiFi Internet access to unsponsored guests across a virtual overlay of the Universitys existing wireless system (the Services). The Services, which are more specifically described in Section 5.4 of this RFP, include, but are not limited to the following:
1)Provisioning of Internet connectivity, operation of all equipment and services necessary for subscribers, deployment of authentication/accounting mechanisms for which subscribers may self-provision, and all subscriber support.
2) Established relationships with other WiFi providers nationally and internationally (neutral hosted) to broaden base of existing subscribers that could utilize the system with existing accounts.
3) Share revenue with the University as venue owner and wireless network operator.
