The Salt Lake City VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT intends to release Solicitation 36C25919R0010, Whole Health Office Construction.
The Jack C. Montgomery Salt Lake City VAMC has a requirement to renovate the Whole Health Offices, in accordance with statement of work and all applicable specifications and drawings. Project will be performed in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after October 17, 2018.
The purpose of this requirement is to renovate the Whole Health Offices at the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, performing construction including but not limited to demolition and construction (walls, flooring, and ceiling), electrical, minor HVAC, minor plumbing and communications renovations.
This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction $36.5M.
This requirement is for the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center. Costs are firm fixed priced and scheduling has enough notification time to allow for the contractor to provide the service.
