Wetland & Stream Mitigation Bank Credits
The County anticipates a need for wetland and stream mitigation credits to compensate for unavoidable impacts resulting from the County’s construction projects. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a pool of qualified mitigation banks that are willing to provide fixed-price wetland and/or stream mitigation credits.
