Wet/Dry Pressure Sensing Connector Assemblies
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed priced non commercial SAP on a full and open competition basis.
In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) the Contracting Officer has determined that a synopsis is not required. The Solicitation is released and is attached as part of this notice.
The drawings associated with this requirement are labeled Distribution D, which means distribution is only authorized to the DoD and US DoD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the drawings. Please visit http://www.dlis.dls.mil/jcp for further details on the program and registration. To obtain a copy of the drawings, your account in FBO needs to reflect your JCP certification. The preliminary drawings are uploaded to the site as an attachment with limited access by JCP certified companies only.
Please provide proof of registration in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). A statement that the offer is registered in JCP is not sufficient proof. The Government will confirm the registration by verifying the Offeror's CAGE code within the JCP system.
NOTE: No award will be made to any Offeror that is not registered in the Joint Certification Program at the time of solicitation closing.
