The Westbrook Common Revitalization RFQ is attached. Please note the submission date is 10:00 am on February 19th and scheduled interviews will be on February 20th and 21st.
The City of Westbrook, Maine is seeking firms to bid on design/engineering services and completion of bid ready construction documents for an existing public space in our downtown. The subject space is Westbrook Common, an existing pedestrian mall, located in the heart of our downtown. The space currently is blighted, underutilized and in need of redesign, complete demolition and reconstruction (location between 850 Main Street and 1 Westbrook Common.
