West Virginia field Compaction Study Phase II
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to conduct field testing and laboratory analysis at 15 to 20 coal slurry impoundment sites located within the State of West Virginia. This notice has been prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included herein. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. S14PS00012 can be viewed at www.fedconnect.net by searching public opportunities by reference number S14PS00012. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. NAICS 541380 applies. Offerors must have an ACTIVE registration at SAM.gov to be eligible for award. Please see Statement of Work, Section L Instructions to Offerors, and Section M Evaluation Criteria for additional information on RFQ requirements. Period of performance shall not exceed 12 months. Estimated start date is negotiable.
