West Vail Fire Station Design Services
The Town of Vail, Colorado is seeking proposals from qualified firms for architectural and engineering services for the design and construction costs of a fire station. The project will consist of an approximately 11,500 square foot fire station and an approximately 3,000 square foot Resident Firefighter dorm on a 1.25 acre site in west Vail. The estimated construction cost budget has yet to be determined or approved by the Town of Vail Council. Actual construction timelines will depend on Vail Town Council approvals. For purposes of this RFP, it is contemplated that design and approvals may occur during 2009 with construction beginning in the spring/summer 2010.
