This procurement is SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue an Invitation For Bid for a firm fixed price construction contract for the West Fork Brummet Creek Road Culvert Replacement that will involve the removal and replacement of culverts, ditch reconstruction and embankment reconstruction located at within the vicinity of the Coos Bay district area of responsibility. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The estimated performance period is from 07/01/2017 through 09/15/2017. The NAICS code is 237310 and the small business size standard $36.50 Million. The basis of award will be based on the lowest responsive bid pursuant to FAR Part 14 and result in an award to the responsible bidder pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about April 13, 2017. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
