The Regional Transportation District ("RTD") is a political subdivision of the State of Colorado. RTD is requesting Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from entities ("Submitters") interested in submitting proposals for designing and building a parking garage ("Project") to be located at Sheridan Blvd. between 10th and 11th Ave. in Denver, Colorado.
