In accordance with the enclosed specifications, it is the intent of the City to receive bid proposals for the painting of traffic light poles, decorative light poles, street sign poles, trash containers, park benches bicycle racks, handrails and monotube structure along the West Bay Drive corridor between Clearwater Largo Road and Missouri Ave./Seminole Blvd.
