This is a request for proposal (RFP). The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
- This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses in accordance with FAR Part 19.
- NAICS: 237110; Size Standard: $33.5M
- DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE FAR 36.204: Between $25,000 and $100,000.
- SITE VISIT: 30 June 2014 at 1:00 PM Local Arizona Time - Only one site visit will be conducted
- All interested parties shall send an email to the Contract Administrator listed above stating the name and telephone number of all individuals to be in attendance.
- The Visitors Center is considered a high congestion area. Please bring all required paperwork (ID, License, Car Insurance, and Registration).
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INFORMATION: Quote shall be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to (520) 228-5462. If you email your proposal, the SF 1442 (back side) must be scanned so we have a signed proposal. Please include a cage code or DUNS. Email is the preferred method of submission. Your proposal shall include but is not limited to the following:
1. SF 1442 front and back. Block 14, 15, 19 (if applicable), 20A, 20B, and 20C.
2. Complete Section B
3. FAR 52.204-8 "ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS" (May 2014)
4. Complete AF 3052 or equivalent in its entirety. Include a description of how work will be done.
