Well Plugging/Site Restoration
The Commission is seeking a general contractor for a well plugging / site restoration program for one (1) well. Bids submitted will be based on rates for various labor, equipment, goods and services to be provided either by or through the Contractor.
Anticipated Plugging Procedure: Bottom plug: Set CIBP at 2650 and 2 sx of cement with bailer. Run Bond Log and pressure test casing. If casing tests out, run tubing to ll50 and pump 125 sx of cement. Depending on Bond Log, pump 125 sx of cement down 8 X 5.5 annulus.
If casing does not test out, perforate casing and set cement retainer at 1100 and pump 100 sx of cement through tubing. Sting out of retainer and fill 5.5 with cement. Pump 125 sx of cement down 8 X 5.5 annulus. Contractor will need 300 sx of cement on location.
