AUTOMATED WELDING AND CLADDING SYSTEM

The automated welding and cladding system shall consist of a control system, a column and boom manipulator, a turntable capable of welding a part that weighs 2500 pounds and that is preheated to temperatures of up to 325 degrees F, and a suitable weld gear package. System shall be capable of welding the threaded area in attached drawing. Equipment covered under the provisions of Part 1910 (29CFR Part 1910) shall be approved (i.e., tested and certified) by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) (for example "UL Listed".
