Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic is soliciting Weight Handling Equipment (Crane) Maintenance services at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Newport Rhode Island. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N40085-15-Q-8701 and is attached to this announcement. The contract term of this Performance Based procurement is an estimated 6 (six) months. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation.
The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 and has a size standard of 7.5 million. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes.
