Website redesign update to website and web-based programs
The County Commission is requesting
proposals for several changes to the agency’s website and two web-based applications.
The proposed changes to the website and web-based applications include: (1)
improvements and changes to two web-based programs—the Fiscal Trends program
and the Shared Services program; (2) development of a mobile application; (3)
installation of email alert system; and (4) development of a request for proposal
directory, (5) installation of the Public Engagement Program, and (6) user manuals for
each project component. OC LAFCO will be looking for a vendor that will provide full
integration between financial modules, open integration with other systems and offer
reliable & responsive support throughout the process.
The desired changes would improve the functionality and visual appearance of the
LAFCO website and both programs while also packaging the two programs for
distribution and licensed use to other agencies. OCLAFCO would retain ownership of
the programming codes.
