The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit through competitive negotiations, sealed proposals from a qualified firm to establish an exclusive contract to provide "website redesign, modernization and conversion coordination" to the Office of Distance Learning at the University, hereinafter referred to as the "Distance Learning".
