The successful company must demonstrate that they have extensive experience in website design, implementation of content management systems, and website hosting. Proposals should include:
1. Statement of qualifications describing capabilities, experience, and roles and responsibilities of the all the principals to be involved.
2. Work plan describing approach to designing, managing and coordinating the project. The description should include all primary tasks listed in the proposal details.
3. Cost proposal with breakdown of all expenses including site development, web hosting, annual maintenance agreement, and any other associated costs
4. Timeframes for each phase of the proposal
5. Work samples of comparable websites with above requested features designed by proponent and the contact information for references on work on these websites
