The County Corporation is soliciting proposals to provide the Health Department with website development and design. You must provide information regarding experience with similar projects that you have been
involved with, in the past two years. Firms with contact personnel and phone numbers may be part
of your proposal for review. Failure to provide information regarding qualifications may cause your
proposal to be unacceptable.
