Website design for a new city website
The City is interested in a web site that will:
�--�Have a content managed system that allows City staff to maintain updates in the office.
�--�Include distinct “portals” for types of visitors (i.e. businesses, residents, contractors etc) and will have
landing pages and successive links as directed by The City.
�--�Have tab indexing (top or left side) to highlight quick find items like “history” and “contact us” etc.
�--�Include an online directory of downtown businesses, utilizing the City database (currently
in Excel) with links to each respective web site if available.
�--�Create a space to feature historic photos and information, Main Street activities etc.
�--�Create an in-house report of web site “hits” and visitor information.
