Website design & implementation of content management system
Minimum qualification of at least 200 government websites, preference given to ASP.NET
The City invites prospective Respondents to submit qualifications for the design of a website for the City and the purchase and implementation of a web content management system (CMS) along with website design, development and implementation services.
PART 1: Minimum Respondent Qualifications
1) Respondent must have been in the business of providing website design and web content management solutions for
government/municipalities or other clients with similar functions and complexity for at least five (5) years.
2) Respondent must provide a client history to demonstrate that they have designed and developed over 200 websites
for government/municipalities or other clients with similar functions and complexity.
3) Respondent must employ at least thirty (30) employees who are solely dedicated to providing website services to
their customers.
4) Respondent’s proposal must be valid for not less than one-hundred and twenty (120) days after the Open Date.
