Website and data management services
Scope:
1. Provide general website management - Managing, organizing, and implementing content changes from departments and college. This will include all tasks related to managing, editing, uploading, and archiving website content for all thirteen (13) separate college web sites.
2. Coordinate with related departments in creating, updating and editing homepage stories, homepage story rotation, and flash photo galleries.
3. Conduct weekly faculty database backups 4. Periodically develop new and department homepages upon request, for implementation of homepage content and query elements 5. Keep up with industry trends and new technologies which would benefit the user experience and maintain the forward looking vision for the College and departments
