The Contractors primary responsibility is to develop and implement marketing programs following direction provided by History Colorado. Public relations assistance in support of overall marketing objectives is also expected on an as-needed/limited basis. History Colorado will include the Contractor in phases of marketing planning and idea generation in order to provide the agency with as much information as possible and to benefit from the Contractors experience, creativity, and knowledge.
