The bidder must satisfy the locality requirements and be certified by the County as a small local or emerging local business (San Francisco bay area).
The Organization is seeking website and graphic design services and expertise needed to support the Alliance’s economic development efforts as outlined in this RFP. Firms should be able to further refine the websites, the data and information delivery tools being used, and incorporate new technologies and features as they become available. The organization will continue to be given the freedom to make manual updates on the websites.
