Website and Database RFP
The organization is seeking applicants for the design and creation of the new http://www.FOP.net website and supporting database.
The attached RFP focuses on the desired capabilities and components of the new website and database.
The following timetable outlines the anticipated schedule for the Request for Proposal and contract process. The timing and the sequence of events resulting from this Request for Proposal may vary and shall ultimately be determined by the FOP.
Request for Proposal issued: April 3, 2013
Request for Proposal closes: April 26, 2013
Proposal evaluation completed: May 24, 2013
Lead Proponent notified: June 3, 2013
Contract signed: July 3, 2013
Service delivery begins: September 2, 2013
Project to be completed no later than: May 5, 2014
