Website Updates and Responsive Redesign
The contractor will design, develop, and implement updates to the University website homepage and horizontal navigation menu as well as convert the website from a desktop only site to a fully responsive website. The University uses Ektron content management system (CMS), and all changes should be developed using Ektron. The work should be completed in two phases. Phase 1 will include the homepage and menu updates, and Phase 2 will be the conversion to responsive design.
