Piedmont Municipal Power Agency (PMPA)1 is accepting proposals to develop PMPA's Public, Private and Intranet websites in an integrated SharePoint and Kentico CMS-like environment. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged.
