Website Redevelopment
Development Corporation is seeking a consultant to redevelop and enhance it's existing external website to incorporate Web 2.0 functionality, interactivity and improved performance in a manner that will more effectively attract, engage and retain its users. The Corporation seeks to enhance its corporate image through a user-focused Internet presence in order to achieve its objectives of attracting and retaining businesses and jobs in the City. The redeveloped website will be a large, high-volume interactive site. Both domestic and international businesses and institutions, as well as potential vendors and suppliers, must be able to navigate the site quickly and efficiently. The site will also provide information on the Citys economic condition, business climate, business incentive programs, other resources, business opportunities and more. The corporation plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
