The FEWS NET project, implemented by Chemonics International, is soliciting offers from eligible firms for website redesign services for the FEWS.NET website. This project will require a flexible approach to the redesign and implementation of the FEWS.NET website. An open source framework such as Drupal is desired. Regular on-site meetings will also be required, so there is a preference that the vendor is located in or near Washington, DC.
