Website Redesign and Upgrade

The Council is soliciting proposals for website redesign and upgrade with a content management system from a New Mexico‐based professional website development service to upgrade the existing website, http://www.nmtechcouncil.org.
The Council seeks a single PROVIDER with the ability to support the needs outlined in this RFP.  
 The Council recognizes that respondents may, in some cases, sub‐contract with third parties to deliver a
comprehensive solution. However, fewer third parties are preferred.
 NMTC expects to contract with the PROVIDER‐respondent. Where third parties are proposed it is expected that
the PROVIDER will sub‐contract accordingly and present one response and contract for the solution to TMST.
 NMTC will maintain ownership of data associated with the website. Furthermore, NMTC will have unrestricted
access to its data without having to issue special requests, nor incurring additional costs. Response to this  RFP
must clearly articulate data‐related costs and access procedures as appropriate.
NMTC encourages providers to consider use of open source and other low cost platforms and tools (joomla, ushahidi,
etc.).  
NMTC wants to obtain a solution at a competitive total cost of ownership
