Website Redesign and Redevelopment
This RFP is to solicit quotations from qualified suppliers to redesign the Columbia Metropolitan Airports current website which
was developed in 1996. While it has undergone content updates and navigation improvements during the past twelve years its
basic architecture has not changed. Columbia Metropolitan Airport is seeking a website design and development company to:
provide an analysis of our current website;
make recommendations for improvements to navigation based on technological advances and options;
Provide creative design services; re‐create and greatly enhance the Airports website to be resourceful, informative,
and serve as a marketing asset that provides a citizen/business friendly environment which emphasizes access to the
Airports services, departments and business opportunities.
Build a new website that can be easily supported and maintained by authorize staff and Information Technology
Department.
The sites architecture should have the flexibility to accommodate and support new content like surveys, job
applications, permits, and interactive information tools.
The site design should also allow access from Smartphone and PDA devices to miscellaneous information such as the
Airports real time flight information.
