CSIRO is investigating the market for expert assistance in accelerating the development of CSIRO's website, CSIRO.au. The procurement process may include up to three phases. This initial phase (Phase 1) is an Expression of Interest to assess the market and inform subsequent phases. Phase 2, if it proceeds, will be a select Request for Tender for an architecture or blueprint of the business solution, including both front-end website and back-end content management interfaces; solution proposals for this phase must be independent of any particular delivery technology. Phase 3, if it proceeds, will be a Request for Tender to assist in the technology selection and customisation required to deliver the business solution defined in Phase 2.
