Website Redesign and Development RFP
The Association is seeking a web design firm to redesign it's website according to the following project goals:
(1) Modernized visual design
(2) Updated content including the creation of new pages (static/blogs/forums)
(3) Development of a relational database for storing member, event and other data, in which
members must log-in to access/control their personal profiles
(4) Ability to accept on-line submission of (and payment for) membership applications,
sponsorship applications and event registrations
(5) Administrative interface allowing multiple individuals to access data, generate reports,
update content and make minor website changes
(6) Other functionality, as described in the Redesign Specifications
(7) Compliance with ADA Content Accessibility Guidelines (i.e.

(8) Search engine optimization/analytics
