The Chamber is issuing this Request for Proposals (âRFPâ) to firms or
individuals interested in providing website design services to overhaul the chamber websites and streamline them to one comprehensive, unified web presence. The chamber must have a first-class website that is userfriendly and functional for ALL visitors regardless of technical savvy. The chamber seeks to create a dynamic website with the following general attributes:
ďˇ User friendly for ALL users,
ďˇ Acts as a marketing tool for the Chamber to highlight the Chamberâs offerings and its assets to
members and potential members and to market the member businesses
ďˇ Easy to update, reconfigure and modify via CMS or FTP/ Dreamweaver. The CMS should be
available to anyone with permissions to use it through any internet connection. FTP is only used
to transfer files to and from the website â a function that should be built into the CMS so itâs
invisible to the user.  Ideally, site maintenance will be able to be accessed through webâbased
CMS & Dreamweaver
ďˇ In addition, the website design and functionality must be able to incorporate additional or different
components in the future
