I am pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for Xceed Financial Credit Union's website redesign. Xceed Financial, located in El Segundo, CA, is a federally chartered workplace credit union with 14 Financial Centers located nationwide.
Please note that proposals must be received by May 4, 2012. The top few selected vendors will pass to the second phase where they will make a presentation in our El Segundo office. Final vendor selection is expected June 15, 2012.
