Mtier, an innovator in project portfolio management software and services, is accepting proposals to design and develop a new corporate website. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged.
This will be a redesign of our current website: http://www.metier.com, which we have had since 2004. We would like our new website to reflect Mtier's growth and the changes the company has undergone since this time. We are looking for something that is sophisticated, upscale, and professional.
