The Education Fund requests the services of an expert website design firm/individual to redesign the website on a Content Management System (CMS) platform. The Education Fund seeks a website that is better organized, more user friendly, more effective, visually attractive and state of the art. Background and guidance for developing a proposal to redesign the Education Fund website, located at Http://www.seiu-uhweduc.org, are contained in the request for proposal (RFP). Following these overall guidelines, respondents should submit proposals by July 31, 2009.
