Website Redesign & Learning Management System Development

The client is requesting proposals related to the redevelopment of their website and the creation of a Learning Management System for their community leadership program.
The client is a non-profit organization located in Alberta. The community leadership program was initiated in 2007, at which time a basic website was developed. The program has evolved considerably since then, and we wish to update the look, feel, and functionality of the website to reflect that evolution.
The key objectives for this project are to redesign the leadership program's website to use current web technology, with simple in-house content management, as well as the addition of a Learning Management System (LMS) .
Given the non-profit nature of the organization and the program, strict adherence to budget is also deemed to be a critical success factor for the project.
