The Town is interested in hiring a website design firm/consultant that will
work with the Town staff to create a new website that:
1. Has a clean, simple and engaging design;
2. Is very easy to navigate by staff and citizens;
3. Meets ADA/508 standards;
4. Is very easy to maintain and update by Town/Village staff ;
5. Continues to meet the needs of citizens of the Town/Village by providing easily
accessible information about multiple aspects of services provided by the
Town/Village;
6. Addresses other key audiences looking for information about the Town/Village
such as visitors, tourists, businesses and investors;
7. Provides key information on the Town/Village, staff and trustees;
8. Highlights a calendar showing meetings and events taking place within the
Town/Village;
9. Includes a “newsroom” feature to provide updates on the Town/Village activities;
