Website Redesign, Redevelopment & Hosting
The corporation is accepting proposals for the design, development and
hosting of our refreshed website. This project will be a concept to completion
production. The key improvements to the existing website will be;
• Adopt a better, faster, more intuitive and flexible CMS. CMS must be a user‐
friendly, flexible administration tool that allows internal personnel to easily
update content without the need to directly access source code.
• Revise navigation to make more intuitive for users.
• Revise layout of homepage.
• Develop and implement interactive project pre‐assessment tool (online survey‐
type functionality).
The full scope of the website refresh project is described in the Contractor
Responsibilities section (Section 4) of this RFP. Section 5 features the qualifications
requirements and provide response guidelines for proponents interested in this
opportunity.
Prior to submitting a proposal, Proponents are recommended to ensure that each
criterion is satisfied.
The term of the contract is one year, with option to renew on an annual basis.
Components and functionality may be added to the website in future years to reflect
the evolution of the corporation. It is expected that this current update will be
completed in 2‐3 months
