Website Redesign, CMS, and Hosting
The County is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of obtaining information and proposals for Development and Implementation of a new Website and Content Management System. It is the County’s preference to enter into an agreement with a single Vendor who can provide the complete range of required services. The County currently hosts its own website on the Microsoft IIS 5.x platform running in the Windows
Server 2003 operating system. Internet service is provided by a Comcast business class connection
with 10 Mbps upstream bandwidth. The existing County website is organized by county department.
Some departments have minimal, single page content, while others have multiple pages of content
that is created and maintained by staff within the departments.
