The designer will consult with the organization staff and website design committee to discuss and recommend improvements to the structure of the website and the organization of the information presented based on program areas that the organization would like to highlight and make easily findable for our audience. The site currently runs on Drupal, but we would consider other content management systems if they would
better fit our needs. The content management system should be very easy to use and edit so that any staff members
would be able to use it with simple instruction. The content management system should allow for the easy creation of
new pages, tabs, subjects, program areas, etc and editing of existing pages including the home page. The designer
should include use of Google Analytics or similarly easy and free tracking software, and suggest other tools that we may
want to include within the structure of the site that will help attract users and track where they come from. Website
should be able to support forms, either via building them in the CMS itself, or building them via Google Documents and
embedding them.
