Website Redesign
The City of Austin (COA) is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to partner in the redesign and re-architecture of the COA Web site. Proposals must be based on the business requirements outlined in this Request for Proposal and must comply with the COAs Internet development standards.
Proposals must include plans and methodologies to analyze the structure, content, and usability of the current COA Web site; develop a new site information architecture that addresses the goals in Section 1.2 below; redesign the site user-interface utilizing current industry standards and best practices; address the installation and configuration of the Zope/Plone Content Management System (CMS); migrate existing Web content and online applications into the new CMS; and provide a strategic marketing plan to promote the completed site to the Citys key user groups.
