Website Redesign

The Regional Housing Authority will receive proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide website redesign services under a qualification based selection procedure. The Authority will reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time.
Proposals will be accepted until 4:30 PM local time, on August 31, 2017.
Bids shall be marked with the words "REDESIGN RFP 17-06".

Bid opening date will be Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 12:00PM local time.
Indian/Native owned firms and Minority and Women owned firms (MBE/WBE) are encouraged to participate. This project is subject to preference in award of contracts to Indian owned organizations and economic enterprises per 24 CFR part 1000.52.
The Housing Authority will select qualified firms on a point system of specific evaluation factors which are outlined in the proposal packet.
Interested firms must request a proposal packet which includes the evaluation criteria to be used in contract awards, the contract form, and other requirements. Proposal packets are available at no cost and will be sent Priority Mail unless proposer makes other arrangements.
