Website Re-design
The offeror should provide all labor, materials, and services to re-design the current website. At a
minimum, those services should include the following:
A. Functional Requirements.
• Development of a site map
• Development and setup of the Work Area folder structure
• Development and setup of the page builder environment
• Development and setup of the navigational elements
• Development and setup of the XML smart forms
• Development and setup of the web forms
• Delivery of at least 4 navigation wireframes from which to choose
• Delivery of an artistic and engaging design
• Delivery of a fully functional, navigable website
• Delivery of at least 1 homepage user interface prototype/design
• Delivery of at least 1 main interior content page
• Delivery of at least 3 additional interior content pages modified for targeted content to
children, teens and seniors
• Delivery of modified widget markup in support of responsive web design
• Delivery of advanced event calendars to track both the main library activities as well as
branch only activities
• Ability to integrate various Library services into the site (i.e. Catalog services)
• Provide a separate search of Library content from content; search is
managed in the same production environment
